She has been there for a while and each time i intercepted her "service", I'm left speechless at her behavior. To top it off, she looks like a homeless. Other workers are nice / civilized. They got to get rid of this lady. She's representing the store and setting a very bad example of customer service to customers. This is long delinquent.
