  This place seems to be a joke, I wanted to return my old device and they refused service, continue to polish charades walk around the store with microphones singing and dancing, felt like a dream felt like a joke

  They say they are T Mobile, but be Please be EXTREMELY careful they are not actually an authorized T Mobile store. They are a satellite (I think that's what the home office called them) bottom line, they are in it to make money, not to help you with your phone or your bill. No matter what, they are going to try to sell you a new phone and have no ability to even access your account! So you can't add to an existing account- they lie, and will tell you it can be merged with an existing account. It can, after you get 2 bills and call and ask why and go through 2 weeks of fighting to get things reversed. And then being instructed to never go back there! They talk in circles to make you think you are getting what you need/want when in fact you are getting what they are allowed to sell you. If you are a T-Mobile customer, go to Jog & Hypoluxo (I think, might be Lantana) they are a Real T-Mobile store or another Authorised dealer!
